    Delivery

    • - Delivery Schedule: We deliver every Monday and Wednesday, between 7:30-8:30 am at the address provided. This schedule ensures that you always have fresh meals at hand without the need for daily deliveries.

    • - What to Expect: Each delivery includes 2-3 days' worth of meals, carefully packaged to maintain their freshness and flavour.


    Storage and Reheating

    • - Storage: Our meals are crafted to be stored in the fridge, ensuring that they retain their freshness and nutritional integrity until you're ready to enjoy them.

    • - Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place your meal in the oven for 6 minutes. This method is perfect for retaining the texture and depth of flavour in your meals.

    • - Microwave: For a quick and convenient option, microwave your meal on full power (900-1000W) for 2 minutes.


    These meals were produced in a kitchen where fish, tree nuts, soybeans, milk, peanuts and their products are also handled.
