Our registered dieticians / Nutritionists will guide you on our ketogenic journey by advising you on your glucose and ketone levels and making the appropriate changes and adjustments to your diet and lifestyle to ensure to smooth transition in your journey.

You are allocated 4 x 30 minute coaching sessions per month, plus additional chat time.

Coaching is offered through WhatsApp call or messages between 8am-6pm Monday – Friday and 9-2pm Saturday. Outside these times there maybe a delay in responding to your messages.‍

Service Inclusions:

  • Coaching Sessions: Receive 4 x 30-minute personalised online coaching sessions each month, conveniently conducted over WhatsApp or Zoom.
  • Chat Support: Have the flexibility to send messages or questions outside of the scheduled sessions, ensuring continuous support and guidance throughout your journey.
