The Nurum Health Coaching Program is designed to assist individuals in managing Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, and achieving sustainable weight loss. This weekly session includes regular monitoring and tailored adjustments based on individual progress and needs. Our health coaches work with you to optimize key areas such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep quality, and stress management.
