What's Included in Your 2-Week Plan:

• 2 Weeks of Tailored Menu Plan: Choose 5 or 6 days per week. Select from "Chinese Asian Keto," "Mixed Chinese-Western Keto," or "Western Keto."

4-Week Plan Includes:

What's Included in Your Meal Plan:

Each plan includes breakfast plus two main meals, ensuring you receive balanced nutrition throughout the day. 

Choose from our diverse menu styles for a tailored keto experience:

Delivery

• Delivery Schedule: We deliver every Monday and Wednesday, between 7:30-8:30 am at the address provided. This schedule ensures that you always have fresh meals at hand without the need for daily deliveries.

• What to Expect: Each delivery includes 2-3 days' worth of meals, carefully packaged to maintain their freshness and flavour.

Storage and Reheating

• Storage: Our meals are crafted to be stored in the fridge, ensuring that they retain their freshness and nutritional integrity until you're ready to enjoy them.

• Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place your meal in the oven for 6 minutes. This method is perfect for retaining the texture and depth of flavour in your meals.

• Microwave: For a quick and convenient option, microwave your meal on full power (900-1000W) for 2 minutes.
